AHJ Regional Library System Circulation Policy
Anyone who lives, works, goes to school, volunteers or owns property in Allendale, Hampton, or Jasper counties may access services with an Allendale Hampton Jasper Regional Library Card! Photo identification with current address is required, if address is not current address may be verified by providing any form of mail with proof of name and current address with valid postmark. Children five years old and up to 18 may have access the library resources with their own card with signed permission of a parent or guardian.
If you wish to apply online, you may do so here. You must come into any AHJ Regional Library to complete your library card application and provide a photo identification and proof of address within 30 days of applying or you may be required to reapply.
